What do you do when you get home from vacation and have no food in the house?
That was our dilemma last night, for supper. Eating out wasn’t an option. We were craving something homemade and healthy.
Freezer and pantry food saved the day!
I pan-fried some organic, all-beef hot dogs for Marcus, served in TJ’s new whole wheat buns, along with organic green beans and Mediterranean pasta salad.
Simple, quick and delish…perfect after a long week of vacation indulgence.
